I made lilac blossom cordial again this year and finally worked out what it reminds me of. Lilac blossom cordial actually tastes like gin!
I drink gin with lemonade and so to me, lilac blossom lemonade was a no brainer.
You will need
Store bought lemonade
Ice
Sliced lemons
Fresh lilac flowers

Method
- Place sliced lemons, ice and a scattering of lilac blossoms in to a large jug
- Pour in lilac blossom cordial and lemonade approximately 2 parts to 5
- Stir and taste
- Add more lemonade or cordial to taste
